Every visible packet belongs to the same source. Small stellar lights and feedback use a reduced macroscopic continuation; microscopic nuclear reactions and electron binding are unresolved. The displayed evolution coordinate is not a predicted age of the Universe. One origin / spatial graph and matter both empty

Each accepted release spends a positive integer share of the source ledger and creates a connected spatial site and quark packet together. Rejected transitions spend nothing. Binding transfers the same shares into the bound sector. The representative release quantum and local extension rule specify this computational model; this code does not establish their physical energy scale or unique derivation from the seed. The source ledger tracks allocation, rather than radiation or nuclear mass defects. One source, one continuous state
The spatial graph and matter population begin empty. Each release advances the six-state axis/parity cycle, allocates an integer share of the reservoir and extends the connected graph. Its quark label is read from that axis and parity. The spatial counterpart is not replaced by an ordinary antiquark.
Local permitted color channels combine only when the participating packets are nearby and satisfy the stated local color-channel rule. The new packet inherits their total mass allocation, net charge, centre of mass, momentum, internal spread and source ancestry. Later aggregation preserves those same quantities. Rendering and zoom only observe this state; neither constructs a replacement population.
Gravity acts on released mass from the beginning. Binding, source release and collective motion can coexist. The captions report events in the integrated state, including while a selected bookmark is still computing. Each restart chooses a new reproducible realization of the local growth rule.
Implemented transitions and remaining physics
| Layer | Current implementation |
|---|---|
| Seed cycle and source allocation | Exact six-cycle and integer reservoir accounting |
| Spatial extension | Explicit local connected-growth rule; its uniqueness and physical rate are not established by this code |
| Color and binding | Encoded axis/parity labels, permitted three-color channels, local classical interaction and closure rule; full quantum singlet dynamics remain separate |
| Electromagnetic field | Charges are retained through binding and material transfer. A resolved field and individual charged-particle Lorentz forces are unresolved. |
| Nuclei and atoms | Nuclear reactions, electrons and photon transport are unresolved. The animation does not label them as completed transitions. |
| Collective structure | Inherited mass packets, softened Newtonian gravity, effective pressure and cooling. The continuing expansion map is a chosen numerical background, not established here as seed-derived. |
| Stellar continuation | Reduced collapse, lifetime and feedback prescriptions; physical stellar structure is unresolved |
The force coefficients, closure criterion, coarse release quantum and macroscopic prescriptions are explicit numerical/model choices. They are not fits to measured abundances, and this implementation has not established them as consequences of the seed. These are limits of this simulation implementation. The existing Lean constructions and their stated results are unchanged.
Evolution time is an integration coordinate. The simulation does not identify that coordinate with a seed-derived number of seconds or an observational expansion history. Source ancestry and conservation are tested independently of how the image looks.
Reference chronology, separate from the simulation
Standard early-universe chronology places hadronic matter in the first microseconds, light nuclei in the first minutes, neutral atoms at about 380,000 years and the first stars in the first few hundred million years. These are external reference landmarks. They do not advance the simulation or stand in for missing reactions.

Bit states, occupation and the seed reservoir
A quark state word records independent binding, electromagnetic and gravitational behavior flags, followed by bound status, particle/antiparticle, spin, color, flavor and six-state seed provenance. The flags encode separate eligible channels. The live kernels currently implement local closure, gravity and collective pressure/cooling; a resolved electromagnetic field remains a separate physics task. The live evolution checks local three-quark color channels and computes net charge with integer thirds. The separate kernel also tests quark–antiquark channels without inserting antiquarks as spatial counterparts.
The exact seed update is (i, b) → (i + 1 mod 3, 1 − b), returning after six steps. In the live evolution, the existing axis/parity cycle supplies the color/isospin labels through an explicit readout convention. Interaction strengths remain independent reduced-model choices.
The occupation calculation addresses a complete chosen one-particle basis state: orbital, flavor, color and spin. Screen pixels and particle IDs play no role. Creation into an occupied state gives zero; exchanging the order of two creation operations reverses the amplitude sign. Opposite spins or different colors can share an orbital. These calculations implement fermionic occupation algebra in a finite basis; they do not supply a full quantum field evolution.
The source transaction checks occupancy and a supplied energy cost before changing either the reservoir or occupation. A rejected transition spends nothing. Bound packets add their accounted energy and net charge; their total energy, including internal interactions, is the quantity to connect to mass through E = mc². No bare-quark mass table or physical energy cost is inferred from the bit string.
The proposed next connection is a joint release of an allowed excitation and spatial structure. Exclusion constrains allowed occupation. Deriving the graph update, its energy cost and its expansion rate from the seed is a distinct calculation. The live simulation uses a stated local connected-growth rule and spends energy per accepted release. That implements a candidate transition without establishing its unique physical derivation.
